The Resource Coordinator will play an integral role in the Service Operations and Support team that’s part of the Post Sales Operations department. The Post Sales Operations department is focused on driving Anthology’s core strategy of operational efficiency by innovating, streamlining, and implementing world-class tools and business processes across the organization. Primary responsibilities will include: - Assigning available employees to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and their availability - Reallocating resources and providing project managers with necessary support when project timing shifts - Assisting with capacity planning - ensuring that team resources have capacity to work on the backlog of existing project work as well as upcoming projects - Monitoring and assisting with employees’ timesheets to ensure timesheet compliance - Collaborating with Project Management Office and with Professional Services Automation Manager to update and support processes and resource policies - Required_ - _ - skills/qualifications:_ - Effective communication skills - Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to be flexible with good decision-making, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team - Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of equivalent work experience - Preferred skills/qualifications:_ - Ability to use technology (analytics tools, CRM, PSA, or resource management software) - Experience with Salesforce - Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft tools - Experience building reports and analyzing data - Knowledge of consulting project methodology **The Office**: We have an office located in Bogota, Colombia as a hub for the LAC market. *** - Located in Capital Towers center in the financial district - Excellent and secure area to eat lunch, have a walk, or dine after office hours - Benefits in prepaid medicine, dental plan, and wellness allowance - Easy access to public transportation close to two important avenues, Carrera 7 and Calle 100 - Free parking for employees and paid parking for visitors - Multiple private spaces for virtual and face-to-face meetings - Regular events like bring your dog to work day and ping-pong, foosball, and Mario Kart tournaments - Sodexo card provided for employees - Daily budget to spend on beverage vending machines This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
