Responsibilities Publish vacancies on employment platforms and social networks. Carry out recruitment and selection processes in Spanish and English. Coordinate interviews, psychometric and technical tests, ensuring the registration of progress in the database. Generate recruitment metrics reports (KPIs). Maintain effective communication with internal leaders and candidates during the process. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labour regulations. Participate in strategies for continuous improvement of the recruitment process. Requirements Professional in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or related career. Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment and selection. Advanced English (essential, level C1). Knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals). Experience in competency-based interviews and psychometric tests. Organisational skills and ability to handle multiple processes at the same time.
