As a key player in our hiring strategy, you’ll own the full candidate pipeline—from sourcing to final interview coordination—while ensuring an exceptional experience for every applicant. What You'll Be Doing: Manage candidate pipelines across various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, events). Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate fit based on program-specific needs. Assign assessments and ensure test completion. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with Hiring Managers. Keep ATS and trackers up to date with all candidate interactions. Deliver a smooth, supportive, and professional candidate experience. What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing strategies. A proactive attitude and love for working in a fast-paced team environment.
