Investment Portfolio Management and Analytics Expert The IDB is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Risk Analyst to enhance our investment portfolio management and analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Stress Testing and Scenario Design Design book and product structure in Summit to facilitate stress testing and calculation of risk and portfolio analytics in collaboration with the technology team. Configure curves and fixed income products and derivatives in Summit to support risk and portfolio reporting/analytics, including sensitivities, and design data flows. Test Summit output to assess accuracy. - Risk Metrics Optimization Review the Bank's current stress scenario design and suggest enhancements and calibration improvements as appropriate. Determine appropriate product bucketing and shocks for each. - Dashboards and Reporting Build a dashboard to calculate stress scenario P&L; and P&L; as percentage of portfolio size; design and build other dashboards as necessary. - Documentation and Knowledge Sharing Document development of new functionalities in Summit including the calibration and implementation of new stress scenarios; the process to configure new curves and products; reporting capabilities; and the optimization of risk metrics for the portfolio. Requirements - Education and Experience Strong quantitative background with a minimum of master's degree. At least 10 years of experience in finance, capital markets, risk management and/or portfolio management with exposure to stress testing and fixed income analytics. - Languages and Citizenship Proficiency in English.
