**Do you want to work with a team that is passionate about what they do?** **Partner with the best!** **As a Region Country Director Andean, you will be responsible for**: **Business Leadership** - Customer intimacy and commercial intensity - executive level engagement on regular basis - Define and execute growth strategy as per latest market knowledge - Expand margin through profitable wins and cost optimization initiatives (fixed / variable) - Work closely with PLDs in successful management and NLP - Accountable for billing and collections including PD and unbilled reduction, DSO, LDs, BCT, and CCT - Customer centricity - maintain customer focus - Be the "face of OFSE" in the country - Frequent use of coaching and development of subordinates. - Deliver specialized professional work delivered by single-layered team or professional work delivered by multi-layered teams. - Handles complex professional work in the department. - Manage the balance sheet - Manage relationships with regulatory agencies **People Leadership** - Implement OFSE culture and effective communication across PL and functions - Implement and influence OFSE standard structure inclusive roles & responsibilities - Proven leadership through influence with high "say do" ratio. - Work closely with PLDs and functional leaders to set clear vision and objectives for the organization - Regular OFSE employee engagement discussing improvement opportunities and celebrating the wins - Develop a diverse and competent talent pipeline - Demonstrate and drive accountability throughout the organization **Operational Leadership** - Perfect HSE days and effective leadership engagement driving positive improvements - Drive flowless execution by implementation of the SD processes and JC for all PLs - Transparent customer communication and drive regular SD / incident / performance management reviews - Understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing systems / processes and effective support for customer deliverables - Identify and lead change management initiatives resulting in optimized SD and margin - Define and implement country localization plans - if applicable **Fuel your passion** **To be successful in this role, you need to**: - Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Post graduation is preferred. - Fluent English & Spanish - Minimum of 15 years or more of experience in Business Operations in the Energy / Oil and Gas sector, in similar companies; - Ability to deal constructively with conflict - Prior experience: Service Delivery Technical Manager, Global Product Line Leader, Sales Manager or Director. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. - Effective problem identification and solution skills. **Locations**: - Primary: Bogotá, Colombia - Secondary: Quito, Ecuador **Would you like the opportunity to develop your career in a global energy company?** **Do you want to work with a team that is passionate about what they do?** **Partner with the best!** **As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for**: - Approving design process plans for product configurations. (ENGWW 18.07). - Acting as _principal controlled title_ in technical reviews to endorse designs, verification, & validation methods, against product standards. (SSDS-ENG-9.09) - Providing guidance throughout product lifecycle (tender/projects/services) on competitive solutions for different field configurations. This includes the support of legacy products and services. - Understanding client/industry specifications and documenting their interpretation for the product line to comply or have agreed exceptions. Manage product related specifications (VGS) to ensure quality at minimum cost. - Implementing lessons learned for improved performance in cost, reliability, operation time. Implementing updates to ensure no repeat issues. - Leading product configuration that optimizes future cost, schedule, and resource demands. - Collaborating with sourcing, manufacturing, product management and quality personnel on product performance of the product line and consequential engineering tasks. - Approving bulletins and advisories applicable to product line. - Guiding and mentor others on applicable competencies for product line design work. - Creating and embrace new business initiatives / ideas & encourage team members to do the same and incorporate them into daily work - Identifying and Implement initiatives to continuously improve the responsiveness of the organization to customer & business needs **Fuel your passion** **To be successful in this role, you need to**: - Have a masters or bachelor’s degree in engineering or science based discipline. - Have strong presentation skills. - Be customer focused. - Be highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills and change advocate. - Have industry awareness and wider technical knowledge. - Be fluent in English and Portuguese **Work in a way that
