Scrum Master Who we are what we do Genuine School is a Colombiabased startup founded in 2022 and a USaccredited digital school We currently have over 500 students from Colombia Peru Ecuador Chile Brazil and Mexico Our mission is to make highquality bilingual education accessible from anywhere transforming the lives of thousands of students and shaping the future of Latin America We are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master to guide our agile teams in delivering impactful solutions If youre passionate about agile transformation continuous improvement and empowering teams this is the opportunity for you Youre our perfect candidate IF You hold a bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field You are a Certified Scrum Master CSM PSM I II or hold an equivalent agile certification You have 3 years of experience leading crossfunctional software teams in a cloudnative environment You have proven expertise facilitating Sprint Planning Daily Standups Reviews and Retrospectives You are skilled at removing blockers fostering team autonomy and minimizing distractions You are confident coaching teams and stakeholders in agile values and best practices You track delivery metrics in Jira Azure DevOps or similar tools to inform continuous improvement You have working knowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and familiarity with AILLM tools is a plus You are fluent in Spanish and English Portuguese is a strong plus Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events for up to two agile squads Support backlog refinement with Product Owners and ensure stories are well defined and prioritized Promote iterative transparent delivery and team accountability Identify and remove impediments escalate risks when appropriate Use data and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement Coordinate with DevOps to maintain and enhance CICD practices Promote agile best practices across Genuine Schools academic and business units Your expertise in a nutshell Agile servant leadership and facilitation skills Datainformed and improvementoriented mindset Comfortable navigating change in techdriven environments Clear communicator and collaborative team player Some perks of working with us Competitive salary Fulltime permanent contract 22 vacation days flexible timeoff Flexible working hours 100 remote work Professional development opportunities Supportive missiondriven team Equal Employment Opportunity At Genuine School we believe in the power of diverse teams We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and offer an inclusive respectful environment where you can thrive and grow
