Hello, Community managers! **About the company**: To create one million millionaires through our methodology and teachings. **About the role**: This will be a fast-paced role with a variety of different tasks and challenges that present themselves each week. Since this is a remote position, one must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and have the ability to work independently with mínimal oversight. This would be a **Full-time Remote** position. The individual hired into this role should be ready to accept full responsibility for all failures, successes, growth, or shortcomings the company’s coaching may experience. Scaling a company 7-10X is no small feat, but the person stepping into this role will be assisting the President and Ryan Daniel Moran as this occurs and has all of the foundations and hardest legwork is already done for them. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you! **Requirements**: - 3+ years of experience working remotely as a Community manager or The Head of a Community - Experience launching community initiatives - Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics - Strong English verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships - Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels - Takes initiative to solve problems BEFORE asked - Good time-management skills **Responsibilities**: - Working with all coaches and guest coaches in our communities under the direction of our Product Manager, as well as scheduling out all coaching call topics and teachers at least 45 days in advance - Overseeing and delegating responsibilities for daily posts from coaching staff and contractors within both our paid and free Facebook Groups as well as regular updates in our NFT Discord community - Working with our Product Director to ensure all new training portal content meet’s the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity while streamlining new courses, training, and the company’s coaching staff - Reporting weekly in a 1:1 thirty-minute recurring meeting with the President and reporting upon agreed KPIs via Slack - Creating operation procedures, thorough SOPs, and best practices as the company expand - Personally meeting with all new Capitalism Incubator students for one on one coaching sessions and being generally available no less than 20 hours per week for one on one, small group, or general coaching and meetings and the fulfillment of all tasks - Overseeing and assisting in the implementation of one on one accountability coaches from Commit Action or internally from our own team - Managing our NFT Discord community - Working with our Financial Director to plan, schedule, and fulfill all NFT “Piggy” events and retreats - Maintaining and improving company culture via an “Always wow our community” mentality - You will also make yourself available for a 2-3 day company quarterly meeting, and be available each quarter thereafter to meet with the team.
