**Senior Visual Designer Role** This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the visual identity and user experience across all digital touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web accessibility. They will also have excellent time management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. - Lead and execute web design projects with a focus on responsive layouts, landing pages, and intuitive user experiences. - Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver compelling visual storytelling across the website and marketing campaigns. - Contribute to ongoing brand refresh efforts, ensuring consistency across digital and print assets. - Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries using Figma. - Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and banners for web and digital campaigns. - Occasionally support the production of motion graphics, video edits, and social media content. - Apply UX principles and accessibility standards to all digital design work. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of professional design experience with a focus on web and branding. They will also have a robust portfolio showcasing modern web design, brand systems, and digital campaigns.
