Requirements - 5+ years of experience building software in production environments. - 3+ years working with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React. - Solid understanding of cloud services (AWS preferred, Azure experience is a plus). - Experience with front-end tools such as React Router, Tailwind CSS, Remix, and accessibility libraries like React Aria. - Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform is a plus. - Strong fundamentals in software engineering (clean code, performance, testing). - Ability to work across the stack—even if you're stronger in one area. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines. - Ownership mindset and eagerness to improve product and engineering practices. Perks and Benefits - 100% remote – work from anywhere in LATAM. - Competitive compensation in USD. - Opportunity to transition from a contractor position to a full-time role directly with the client. - Long-term engagement with a globally recognized HR tech company. - Work closely with senior leadership and influence key decisions. - Flexible schedule and strong work-life balance. - Collaborative, feedback-driven engineering culture that values quality and innovation.
