Position Summary The Sr. Accounting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the monthly close process, perform a review of accounts and complex balance sheet reconciliations. Accountabilities You will be expected, but not limited, to comply with the following tasks and responsibilities for this position: • Monthly Reconciliation • Expense Accrual register and analysis • Preparing and posting monthly GL journal entries • Fixed assets and lease registers • Support in the Annual External Audit Process Financial Statements • Preparing balance sheet account reconciliations and adjusting entries-Blackline • Ensures that company financial records under responsibility are maintained in compliance with company policies and GAAP (IFRS/USGAAP) • Assist with special projects Experience required This role requires a professional with solid experience in sectors such as retail companies, auditing firms, the pharmaceutical sector, among others. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2 to 4 years of experience • English Level B1 • Proficiency in Excel • ERP SAP • Self-starter, results oriented, ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment and highly motivated • Strong analytical, organization and time management skills • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment and prioritize effectively • Ability to work effectively on cross functional activities and form solid business relationships across functions.
