The Profile What You Need Proven experience in healthcare recruitment , ideally in behavioral health or homecare. Self-sufficiency & expertise – you know recruitment inside and out and don’t need hand-holding. Exceptional organizational skills – ability to juggle multiple hiring needs without missing a beat. Strong initiative & problem-solving skills – you anticipate challenges and act before they become issues. Excellent communication & collaboration – ability to work effectively with different departments. Comfort working in the Arizona time zone to align with business operations.
