We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SeniorProject Manager to join our team and manage medium to large StaffAugmentation projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will leadmulti-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams to deliverspecific products or transformations, ensuring that all aspects ofthe project are executed efficiently and effectively. What You’llDo: 1. Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching,counseling, and discipline to employees as needed. 2. Coordinateand enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintainproject quality and consistency. 3. Retain staff by fostering areliable and communicative work environment, developing personalinteraction with team members, and identifying growthopportunities. 4. Strategically analyze and improve billableutilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability. 5. Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results,scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiatingcorrective actions. 6. Take a proactive role in identifying farmingopportunities within existing clients and delivering value to allinternal and external stakeholders. 7. Maintain the organization'seffectiveness and efficiency by supporting and delivering strategicplans for implementing technologies. Here’s what we are lookingfor: 1. 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager. 2. Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understandingof project management practices and Agile methodologies. 3. Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or arelated field. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills, withthe ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. 5. Good Englishlevel, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate withglobal teams and clients. 6. Past experience as a Software Engineeris a plus.
