The Job What you will do : - Communicate with the team and clients on a daily basis - Ensure communication is smooth between GOAT and the client - Follow up repeatedly until you’re satisfied that everything is done to standards - Monitor project’s progress, from kickoff to delivery / launch - Stay on top of milestones and deadlines - Anticipate and identify project roadblocks, and support the team in finding solutions - Make sure projects stay on budget - Send status updates to clients - Schedule and attend client meetings (Google Meet), and take notes - Create reports and other materials or working documents needed for client and internal meetings - Onboard new clients - Write Scope of Work for new projects coming in - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project success - Report on Project Status and Progress on a daily basis to the Director of Project Management Tools We Use : Gmail, Asana, Slack, Google Sheets + Docs, Google Calendar, Keynote, Figma, ChatGPT The Profile To be successful you should : - Have experience as a Project Manager, minimum 2 years - Be fluent in English and have proper English grammar - Be able to communicate with the team and clients, both speaking and writing - Be responsible and reliable - Have strong communication skills - Have strong organizational skills - Be able to manage your own and other team members’ time - Have a detail-oriented mindset and habits — this means keeping lists, lots of lists The Employer Our client is a dynamic digital agency dedicated to digital transformations.
