As we continue to grow, we?re looking for a Senior Backend PHP Developer who can take the lead on complex integrations, drive architecture decisions, and help us scale our systems for the future. What You?ll Do - Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Laravel - Lead complex API and webhook integrations with third-party services - Collaborate with frontend developers (Vue.js) to deliver seamless features - Participate in and guide Scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Perform code reviews, mentor other developers, and promote engineering best practices - Help shape system architecture and contribute to strategic technical decisions - Troubleshoot and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability What We?re Looking For - 5+ years of professional experience with PHP, including 3+ years with Laravel - Proven experience integrating with external APIs and managing webhooks - Solid understanding of RESTful design, asynchronous processing, and secure API communication - Expertise in MySQL or other relational databases and performance optimization - Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows - Experience working in remote teams and participating in Scrum/Agile processes - Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership Nice to Have - Familiarity with Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks - Experience with Docker, Redis, queues, or job workers - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment - Background in designing scalable architectures and cloud-native applications - Test-driven development using PHPUnit or Pest
