Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **The Job** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager to join our Warner Bros Discovery Regional Marketing Brand & Content Team and lead our Planning and Brand Marketing efforts across the LATAM region. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing our brands portfolio, and ensuring cohesive planning and execution. The Sr. Manager will oversee a team consisting of a Marketing Planning Coordinator and a Brand Specialist. The LATAM Sr. Manager, Planning and Brand Marketing will collaboratively work with local marketing & cross-functional teams to build the future of our loved brans & products (streaming & linear) in a very fast-paced industry. This role requires someone who has strong industry passion, be detail oriented, organized, and a strategic thinker. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing various projects at the same time with multiple stakeholders across different countries in Latin America & Globally. **The Daily - Major Activities** - Bring a strategic view of the overall marketing campaigns to the integrated regional planning to align efficiency in the execution, and consistency in the messages across the region. - Work collaboratively with the Commercial Planning team in the full planning process to integrate the marketing vision in terms of priorities, messages, and goals, and collaborate with the GTM teams and other cross-functional areas to lock the plans in time. - Own the marketing planning tools to assure integration of the information in one unique source of truth to guarantee a unified starting point to facilitate the planning process across the cross functional teams. - Support the follow up process of the campaign planning milestones across marketing verticals. - Work collaboratively with the Media Team & the GTMs Teams to validate the final upper funnel budget spent with the finance team. - Work collaboratively with linear team to identify potential “ambidextrous” projects that can be brought to the planning process with the GTMs Teams & other cross functional teams. - Review and analyze brand tracking metrics for both the streaming and linear industries to assess brand performance and market positioning. - Competitive report tracking. Responsible for comprehensive and timely analysis of Market trends and competitors’ strategies. - Oversee the brand strategy of all BLC & Premium linear brands, in alignment with programming and GTM teams. - Lead regional linear campaigns aligning cross-functional teams towards common goals. - Lead creative and media briefing for regional initiatives and campaigns in alignment with cross functional teams. - Collaborate with GTM Teams in the development & execution of local initiatives to assure alignment with regional brand strategy for linear. - Serve as a connector between global and local teams to align on overall marketing strategies for linear brands. - Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills that can inspire others. - Be a true ambassador of the content the team is planning to promote. **The Essentials** - Passion for storytelling, television, films, entertainment, pop culture and production. - A data driven professional with the ability to learn constantly. - A strong leader and strategic thinker. - Proven experience working in end-to-end marketing and brand strategies and campaigns. - Ability to multitask without missing a beat - unafraid of follow up asking questions and with an efficient and organized approach to project management. - A proactive, self-starting person who is comfortable with delivering results within a dynamic and ever-changing environment; eager to learn and build with a no-task-too-small mentality. - 7+ years of experience working in marketing. - Fluent in English and Spanish. **How We Get Things Done** **Championing Inclusion at WBD
