What You’ll Own As a Remote IT Specialist , you will be the go-to person for technical support, troubleshooting, and account management , ensuring our clients experience seamless communication solutions . Support & Troubleshooting Manage incoming support calls and tickets , resolving or escalating issues when needed. Provide basic troubleshooting for eFax issues, including: Sending test faxes to confirm functionality. Working with IT teams to locate missing eFaxes or emails . Checking fax queues and resolving delivery issues . eFax Account Management Monitor and respond to tickets related to eFax setup, modifications, and cancellations . Set up new eFax numbers and accounts for customers. Adjust sender and recipient permissions , ensuring only authorized users can send and receive faxes. Notify the billing department of any account changes. Customer Support & Communication Speak clearly and professionally while assisting customers with technical issues. Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while providing solutions. Document solutions and keep detailed records of support interactions.
