Position Summary Ensure effective and comprehensive internal communication, generate actions aimed at improving the organizational climate and the employee’s wellbeing, strengthen the culture of trust and achievement among all levels of the company and implement actions that allow the organization to be a socially responsible company. The Communication, Social Responsibility and D&I; Coordinator aims to support our communications within Colombia, México, South LATAM and SEILA Region. He/she will play a key role in: Informing and engaging AXA Partners employees (Colombia, México, and South LATAM). raising awareness and preference around AXA Partners while protecting the brand reputation. **Your Profile** Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Bachelor of Communication (Public Relations) Industrial engineering, among others. - 3 to 5 years’ experience in internal communication roles. - Strong writing, editing, verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to implement communication plans and deliver impactful communications programs, including message and strategy development, planning and targeting communications for different audiences. - Strong organizational skills. - Knowledge of social media/digital tools. - Good practice of MS Office suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency in using collaborative tools, social media and digital technology. - Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams. - Strong leadership and relationship skills. - Fluent in English/Spanish. - Significant communications experience within a company and/or writing experience. **About AXA** AXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management.
