Transforming Lives through Student Support We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Relations Technician to join our team at Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students and their families. About the Role The Student Relations Technician plays a critical role in maintaining accurate student records, communicating with students and parents, and ensuring compliance with state educational mandates. This position requires excellent customer service skills, multi-tasking abilities, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities - Schedule orientations for incoming students - Ensure all required student enrollment paperwork is complete and correct - Accurately input student information into our Student Information System (SIS) - Provide quality customer service to students, visitors, and employees - Assist teachers with problem-solving issues related to compliance and attendance policies Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent - 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced, clerical support position - Good attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Working Conditions This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.
