As a **Track and Trace Specialist **you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions. **Some of your responsibilities will be**: - Communicate and do follow-ups on carriers and drivers to find out if the carrier is running on time for pick up/delivery. - Communicate with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. - Make sure all loads are updated with complete and accurate information and documentation, and administrative support. - Review Transportation Management, Dispatch, Appointment settings and Consolidation. - Assist in the implementation of operational projects as needed. - Communicates with customers about service issues as needed. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Communication skills. - Proactive and multitasking. - Organization and attention to detail. - Analytical and problem-solving. - Interpersonal and customer service skills. **Minimum requirements**: - ** Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or any other career related. - **Experience**:Experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, logistics, back office or any other related. - **Language**:Very good English skills.
