Generate management reports on operations performed. Respond to requests from internal areas regarding the executed processes. Perform data analysis at the operational level with the objective of increasing effectiveness in process execution. Elaborate, keep updated, and duly document instructions or manuals for processes carried out in the area. Prepare communications for both external and internal clients. Ensuring that all elements of assigned tasks are completed on time. *** **What you need to succeed** 1 year of experience in operational roles in banks or financial institutions. Technical studies or studies in progress in related financial or administrative careers Excellent analytical and problem-solving techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual skills (English and Spanish) skills a plus. Diligent, with excellent attention to detail. Must be flexible, innovative, and adaptive. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
