Job Description Develop internal communications plan that includes creating articles in EverConnect about Foundever programs, initiatives, and activities. Ensure that information is up-to-date and available. Provide support to internal clients in creating internal communication campaigns. Ensure timely deployment of information through internal channels to keep Associates informed of company events, updates, and important information. Ensure user adoption in EverConnect by implementing effective internal communications strategies. Enhance associate engagement through our internal channels. Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute a monthly internal communication plan. 2. Identify key company information and effectively communicate it to our assosiates. 3. Promote Foundever programs, benefits, initiatives, etc. through our internal communication channels. 4. Write articles on EverConnect and keep information up to date. 5. Increase user adoption to EverConnect through different strategies. Qualifications and Experience Minimum – At least 1 year of work experience as a Social Communicator – At least 1 year of work experience in internal communications – At least 6 months of work experience in the BPO industry. – At least 6 months of work experience as a copy writer is required.
