You understand not just Ads Manager — but funnels, intent, and buyer psychology. You’ve managed multiple client accounts at once inside an agency. You have a proven track record of successful Google Ads management with measurable results. You love tracking results, testing copy, and iterating for better CTR, CPC, and ROAS. You’re obsessed with learning — always improving, always experimenting. You communicate clearly and proactively with both teams and clients.
