Summary The Global Benefits Manager oversees the design, administration, and management of Deel’s benefits programs across multiple countries, ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company culture. This individual contributor role reports to the Associate Director of Global Benefits and collaborates with internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities Manage daily administration of global benefits including health, welfare, retirement, and perks. Design and implement competitive, compliant benefits programs. Communicate benefit data to team members through coaching and counseling. Resolve questions and issues related to benefits policies and procedures. Partner with brokers and vendors to evaluate and manage benefit offerings. Assist with annual benefits renewals, plan design, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in each country. Maintain data on insurance premiums, claims, and costs. Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality. Develop clear communication to promote understanding and engagement. Support benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness. Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams on deductions, audits, and compliance. Monitor trends and legislative changes to recommend improvements. Desired Skills and Competencies 2-4 years managing global benefits programs, preferably in large organizations. Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to think globally and process complex information. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative. Experience with statutory benefit requirements in key countries is preferred.
