We are looking for our next Accounting Analyst to report based in Bogota, Colombia. Position Description: The Local ATR Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function for North America. Provide support on General Accounting processes, e.g., Balance Sheet reconciliations, accounting analysis for North America, forecasting, among others. Summarize data for account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts. Analyze balance sheet profit and loss statements, and consolidated financial documents. Assist with monthly and quarterly closings within the department. Focus on period end closing, financial reporting, and financial statements reviewing. Responsibilities: Are you passionate about this role? Do you have experience as an accountant? As a prospect, you should have: Support leading financial activities including corporate reporting, financial statements reviewing, journal entry, and month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities. Be accountable for performing accounting activities. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Support and follow up on operational duties assigned within the team. Qualifications: Professional in: Accounting, Finance, or related field. A minimum of 4 years of accounting and finance experience. Experience handling important information and documents. General systems proficiency and systems learning agility are required (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Be open to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies. Know how to prioritize tasks and be very organized.
