Roles y responsabilidades Key Requirements: - 3-6 years work experience required, with experience in Retail or Customer-related industries preferred- Past ERP Experience in working like SAP (Financial/Accounting system knowledge)- FinTech Experience preferred with skills in Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Invoice Management, Cash Management, General Ledger, Taxation, Asset Management etc.- Experience on projects with complex scope and with system and process implementations strongly desired- Experience working with Globally distributed matrix organizations desired- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and strong multi-tasking ability- Strong oral, written, and formal presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple ways to all levels of the organization; Ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers to achieve a desired outcome- Strong strategic thinking with ability to perform analysis at a low level of detail, including experience with strategic and quantitative analysis - ability to gather and interpret data- Execution and results focused, with emphasis on on-time delivery, ability to structure complex work streams and work independently and with teams- Demonstrated experience in executive relationship management.- Strong leadership and coaching skills.- Demonstrated technical and management knowledge and/or formal qualifications to the Masters tertiary level.- Proven commercial experience with vendors and contracts (eg. financial, legal etc).- Experience working as a Product Lead in a matrix business environment working with onshore/offshore teams across Applications, Integration, Security, and Data Exchange (FTP, Web Services, API)- Agile Delivery Skills.- Domain expertise and consistent track record in crafting and deploying solutions in SAP FICO or FICA or BRIM- Understanding of B2B integration framework to connect SAP with business partners, develop technical specifications and partner system design in order to implement end-to-end solutions across extended enterprise- Proven track record of reliably delivering finance projects on time, working with various internal and external teams- Ability to drive the project forward with a sense of urgency Información Adicional Tipo de trabajador: Regular Modelo de Trabajo:
