Construction Project Leader Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Leader to manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-value, mission-critical projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate construction activities between clients, contractors, and consultants. - Oversee construction documentation, submittals, approvals, and ensure alignment with contractual and program requirements. - Monitor and report on construction progress; lead weekly/monthly reporting. - Ensure technical compliance, review calculations and shop drawings (structural, rebar, BSS, MEP). - Authorize material submittals, invoices, and construction change documentation. - Coordinate with authorities for NOC and support submissions. - Lead, motivate, and delegate within the construction team; oversee document control and QA/QC. - Support project delivery by aligning construction with planning, procurement, and site operations. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum 10 years' experience in construction management. - Proficiency in design tools (STAAD, Prokon, ETABS, AutoCAD). - Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills. - Proven leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
