About The Role Manage financial resources across LATAM, including procurement processes, petty cash, and credit card management. Generate purchase orders, oversee supplier invoicing, and negotiate to achieve cost savings and service improvements. Serve as the main contact for ERP training for LATAM internal users. What You Will Do Generate Purchase Orders: Review requests, generate POs, and track approvals. Receipt Management: Review documents, generate receipts, and ensure approval follow-up. Manage supplier invoices from five countries: review, validate, and forward to accounting. Respond to payment inquiries and resolve supplier issues. Support reception activities, including external courier requests. Lead negotiations and manage vendors, focusing on cost savings and service improvements. Control and track LATAM spending to ensure budget adherence. Provide ERP training and support procurement processes for LATAM employees. Participate in process improvement initiatives to automate and enhance ERP systems. Update and communicate procurement policies across LATAM. Oversee audit processes related to procurement activities. Manage financial resources including petty cash and credit card processes. What You Need To Succeed Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in finance or customer service. Experience in negotiation, follow-up emails, and managing responses. Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
