As part of the Digital Product team, the Senior React Native Developer will work closely with the Head of Digital Product and other engineers and designers to build and scale our mobile experiences. This role will own the mobile app development lifecycle and help shape the future of our core applications. The Role We are looking for a seasoned mobile engineer with strong experience in React Native, who can take ownership of our apps and help us deliver high-quality features with excellent performance and reliability. As a Senior React Native Developer, your day-to-day might include: Leading the design and implementation of new mobile features Collaborating with PMs, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless experiences Maintaining code quality, performance, and scalability across iOS and Android Integrating APIs, SDKs, and native modules Mentoring mid-level developers and reviewing code Optimizing app performance and stability using tools like Flipper, Firebase, or Sentry Owning CI/CD pipelines and driving improvements to our development workflow Requirements This job might be the right one for you if: You have 4+ years of mobile development experience, including 2+ years in React Native You’re fluent in JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile architecture best practices You’ve shipped and maintained apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play You’re experienced with API integration, native permissions, and OTA updates using Expo or EAS You’ve worked with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane) You’re familiar with analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase, Flipper, Sentry) You’re a great communicator who thrives in remote and fast-paced environments You’re comfortable with Agile methodologies and tools like Linear or Jira Nice to Have Familiarity with mobile accessibility and internationalization Experience with products in logistics, robotics, IoT, or advertising Background in performance-sensitive applications or animations Career Path Lead Mobile Engineer → Mobile Team Manager → Head of Mobile What We Offer A chance to work on cutting-edge robotics and real-world delivery challenges Fast-paced growth and learning in a mission-driven company A collaborative and supportive product and tech culture Full remote flexibility
