Job Title: Specialist (Finance) OTC Description: - Evaluate and record all cash receipts, bank transfers, and supports according to daily identification. - Verify customer information through assigned banking portals with discretion and care. - Process cash receipts within deadlines and accurately allocate invoice details for support and analysis. - Download bank statements for review. - Escalate discrepancies in records. - Monitor bank reconciliations using available tools for updates and debugging. - Provide status updates on cash receipts to support analysts in case of missing information. - Support account reconciliations, assignment adjustments, receipt revisions with Treasury, and reconciliation with external clients as applicable. - Review and return credit balances effectively. Applies only to certain countries. - Follow up on pending cash receipts requests for purging.
