Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational processes within the LATAM insurance operations. This includes managing daily workflows, ensuring efficiency in contract administration, monitoring key operational metrics, and driving process improvements. - Responsible for managing operational relationships with internal teams and external partners across LATAM. - Ensure effective coordination with Technical Accounting to track and manage financial operations, including bookings, contract creation, and adherence to accounting policies. - Manage adherence to ICS requirements for operational activities, including self-assessments for the region. - Oversee financial reporting and reconciliation processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. About the Role The successful candidate will work closely with Underwriting, Technical Accounting, Claims, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. They will also provide guidance on contract management, tracking performance and adherence to SLAs, and act as a liaison between operations and Technical Accounting to streamline technical accounting tasks and improve efficiency. Additionally, the individual will identify LATAM-specific operational requirements and implement processes tailored to local market needs. Requirements - Strong P&C; insurance industry knowledge, with a solid understanding of underwriting, policy administration, and technical accounting processes. - 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, brokerage or MGA entities operations, financial reporting, or related fields. - Experience working within the LATAM insurance market is strongly preferred. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and implement operational controls.
