Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated System Administrator to join the Digital group in Medellin. As the successful candidate, you will: Be a solution-driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for data/content/information management and team collaboration. Support Hatch’s in-house written applications Engagement and Construction Management (EM/CM). Support and monitor the environment in conjunction with the other System Administrator teams, e.g., Docshare, Packageshare 1.0, Azure Administrators, and Data Hub Administrators. CM/EM will be used as the platform for Hatch’s Package Management tools. Monitor Zendesk tickets logged by the Functional team and business users. Report any integration data issues into the Common Data Environment (CDE) working with the Data Hub and Azure Administrators. Perform day-to-day system administration and play an important role in technical software support and associated implementations. Be part of this global Administration Support team responsible for various Hatch Systems to ensure these operate effectively to support projects and corporate environments. Engage the team when required to solve technical issues with our digital project delivery approach. Serve as a contact/liaison for functional users, project systems managers, Cloud Operations team, and IT technical staff (Development team) for technical issues, providing application-level expertise, and augmenting the skills and expertise available via the service desk. Monitor data transfer to the CDE. Troubleshoot data issues, log bugs/issues in Azure DevOps, and follow up with dev teams. You bring to the role: Data processing and integration operations experience. A solid understanding of Azure and Azure Application services. Functional understanding of the CM and EM systems to make informed decisions. Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools. Additional requirements include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others. The ability to work and conduct research independently. Effective time management and multi-tasking skills. A System Administration diploma/certificate or Computer Science degree. The ability to think and work quickly to resolve system shutdowns or serious software problems. The ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
