We are looking for an Optimization & Strategy Lead to define and lead a website experimentation and conversion rate optimization strategy focused on B2B growth and self-serve acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience in conversion rate optimization, experimentation, or growth-focused roles with a strong emphasis on B2B or self-serve acquisition funnels. A proven track record of running testing programs that lead to measurable improvements in engagement and conversion is essential. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams to launch and iterate on experiments that drive meaningful improvements in funnel performance. Promote a culture of experimentation by aligning stakeholders, sharing insights, and building a repeatable, data-driven process. Turn insights into clear and actionable recommendations that improve conversion rates and the overall experience for B2B customers, particularly small and mid-sized advertisers.
