We’re looking for smart, driven and talented people to join our rapidly growing team here in Bogota, Colombia. **Responsibilities**: - Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective small business customers. - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs. - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. - Continuously improve through feedback. - Proven experience as tele-sales representative or another sales role. - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems. - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. **Qualifications**: - General understanding and experience with call centers/customer service, or sales. - Very strong English language and communication skills (written and verbal) and robust affinity to US culture/business/consumers - High proficiency in communicating across several platforms. Must be able to form connections using their voice or with written messages. A pleasant phone voice is an advantage. - Must exhibit supreme oral expression and remarkable presentation skills; Highly articulate and eloquent. - Oral comprehension. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must be highly confident and effective in talking, dealing, presenting, selling, negotiating with various job levels - from assistants, managers, to business owners and executives across different industries. - Ability to use current computer equipment and programs being used. - Must have strong administrative, computer, organizational and detail skills. - Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. - Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor work for accuracy and thoroughness. - Outstanding communication and listening skills. - Ability to deal with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently by presenting services to the customer for save and sales opportunities, and completing save/service order activity in an accurate and timely manner. - Support the mission, vision, and values of Full Potential Solutions. - Enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, professional and detail-oriented approach towards work and all work projects. - Possess strong decision-making skills while using good judgment.
