We are searching for the best talent for **PLANNING COORDINATOR **to be in: - Santiago, Chile - Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil - Sao Paulo, Brazil - Bogota, Colombia - Mexico City, Mexico - Buenos Aires, Argentina - Other location in LATAM **Purpose**: The LATAM MDR Planning Coordinator will be responsible for the analytical evaluation, risk anticipation, and execution plan for EU-MDR Implementation in LATAM. It will require knowledge of project management with the E2E approach, which will be key to integrate cross-functional teams. Ability to partner with global, regional, and local organizations to assure alignment and accurate deployment into the LATAM Region. This position will report to EU-MDR Project Manager and will require: - Build a positive partnership with other functions to achieve overall project objectives, including service level commitments. - Engage with Cross-Functional and Cross-Countries Stakeholders to investigate and provide clear risk assessment, and action plan to avoid business disruption. - Project Management knowledge and Supply Chain experience - Strong Connect, Analytical and Active Listening skills are required - Excel and SAP System strong experience - Power BI is a plus. **Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance or Economics is required. - A minimum of 5 years of shown experience in the following functional areas is required: planning, supply chain management, business, quality, or finance, with actuation at Medical Devices Industry. - Exposure to Cross-Country environment will be a plus. - Ability to get along with all levels in the organization and to work across organizational boundaries through influence, partnership building. - E2E understanding of LATAM environment.
