GRAN ACTITUD Y SEGURIDAD! **Responsibilities**: - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the offer process, including extending offers, and negotiating terms. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes. - Represent Company in community and recruiting events. - Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily recruiting questions. - Provide support to hiring managers related to recruiting, interviewing, document creation, etc. - Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personnel records in accordance with Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: **Requirements**: - English level B2+ or C1 - 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, or 2 years of experience in a customer service position - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. - Familiarity with MS Office suite.
