If you have strong technical skills, experience optimizing cloud platforms, and a passion for data transformation, this is your opportunity!TasksKey Responsibilities:Cost Optimization on GCP:Monitor, analyze, and optimize resource usage on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Propose savings strategies based on cost analysis and usage patterns.DataPlex Management:Configure and maintain data governance policies.Ensure compliance and organization of the data catalog.Workflow Enhancement with dbt:Design, implement, and optimize data transformation models using dbt.Guarantee quality, scalability, and efficiency of data workflows.Integration with Fivetran:Monitor and improve data ingestion pipelines implemented with Fivetran.Resolve integration issues and maintain high pipeline availability.Cross-Team Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic needs.Generate clear, transferable documentation for processes and configurations.RequirementsRequirements:Education and Experience:Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of experience working with GCP and data-related projects.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, DataPlex, Google Cloud Storage).Experience with data transformation tools (dbt) and ingestion tools (Fivetran).Desirable Skills:Familiarity with data governance concepts and catalog management.Experience implementing cloud cost optimization practices.Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in data pipelines.Personal Competencies:Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proactivity to identify and propose improvements.
