About the Role We’re hiring a Business Development Manager (Colombia) to help us scale our network of properties and affiliates in key Colombian cities like Medellín, Bogotá, Cartagena, and Santa Marta. This is a performance-based role with UNCAPPED commissions and the opportunity to shape our expansion in Colombia. What You'll Do Identify and onboard hotels, hostels, co-livings, and vacation rentals to our platform Build relationships with local travel agents, concierges, and experience providers. Onboarding your sign-ups for maximum success with a personal touch. Work closely with our LATAM Head of Growth and CEO Provide market feedback to help us grow smarter and faster Help activate local marketing campaigns and cross-promotions with partners Compensation 100% commission-based with UNCAPPED and RECURRING earnings Earn commissions for: Every property onboarded to our premium plan. Custom solutions for larger enterprise clients. All ongoing tour and experience sales from any property or affiliate in your network on any plan.
