Our Advisors ClientServices team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets and in-house technologies to provideour clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.Mastercard Advisors work with a diverse global customer base acrossindustries, from banking and payments to retail and finance. TheAdvisors Client Services group has five specializations:Performance Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, BusinessExperimentation, Marketing, and Project Management. Our Strategy& Transformation consultants lead customers through decisionmaking, tackling strategic, operational, and transformationalchallenges across diverse topics including product, businessdrivers, loyalty, innovation, and more. You will apply a broad setof problem-solving techniques to improve clients’ overall strategy,performance, and operations. Roles and Responsibilities Client Impact - Manage deliverable development andworkstreams on projects across a range of industries and problemstatements. - Contribute to/develop strategies and programs forlarge, regional and global clients by leveraging data andtechnology solutions to unlock client value. - Manage workingrelationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliablepartner. Team Collaboration & Culture - Develop sound businessrecommendations and deliver effective client presentations. - Plan,organize, and structure own work and that of junior projectdelivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures toaddress client problems, synthesize analyses into relevantfindings, and create impactful storylines. - Lead team and externalmeetings, and lead or co-lead project management. - Contribute tothe firm's intellectual capital and solution development. - Growfrom coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project managementacross client projects, and mentor junior consultants. Qualifications Basic qualifications - Undergraduate degree workexperience in consulting, corporate strategy, businessintelligence, business line management or product management. -Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders. - Logical,structured thinking and affinity for numerical analysis. - AdvancedWord, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. - Able to perform multipletasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Able tocommunicate effectively in English and the local office language. -Eligible to work in the country where they are applying and fortravel visas as required by travel needs. Preferred qualifications - Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative teamenvironment with third parties. - Experience coaching juniordelivery consultants. - Relevant industry expertise. - MBA ormaster’s degree with relevant specialization (not required).
