Our division in Colombia is looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for data analysis for both operations and marketing areas in Wadana interpreting data to detect variations in sales and collections, new market trends, channels behaviour and call center experience to increase optimized volume and efficient spend in order to drive incremental revenue and achieve KPIs. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Analyze data to detect variances in sales, collections and revenue/expense to keep objectives well articulated with strategic plans. - Analysis, monitoring and feedback of external agencies and call center services. - Analyze call center experience and communication with call center and available customer journey tools and feedback to improve customer care and experience. - Effectively interpret information from available tools (Power BI, Backoffice CRM, Google Analytics, Raw Data). - Provide comprehensive reporting and analytics on major marketing programs and campaigns that analyze business activities and online marketing initiatives for optimization purposes to develop growth objectives. - Analyze monthly business plan data and actual statistics to identify profitable revenue growth opportunities. - Use of statistical models in Backoffice (CRM) to identify statistically significant increases in sales during promotions. - Data analytics to increase optimized volume and efficient dollar spend based on customer behavior, characteristics, demographics and new trends in a rapidly evolving marketplace - Knowledge and analysis of KPI's. - Preparation of weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports. **REQUIREMENTS**: - University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Economics or similar. - Minimum 1 years of experience in data analysis. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, validation, pivot tables, charting techniques, formulas, and macros). - Problem-solving and analytical skills to process large amounts of data. - Ability in database analysis and optimization tools - Skills in querying data (SQL). **Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
