This role will help us reclaim and strengthen our brand identity by creating custom visual assets that are tailored to our users and aligned with our vision. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in elevating the visual storytelling across all Beyond ONE digital products. In your first year, you will lead the creation of custom illustrations, icons, and micro-interactions for each of our brands, enhancing brand consistency while increasing user delight and emotional connection across our global platforms. - Design high-quality icons, illustrations, and micro-interactions that align with our brand identity and elevate the user experience. - Collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, and occasionally Marketing teams to ensure visual assets are integrated cohesively across touchpoints. - Define and maintain a centralized design asset library, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across brands and regions. Qualifications & Attributes We're seeking someone who embodies the following: - Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field. - Experience: 3–5 years in a visual/UX design role, ideally within a product-driven or digital environment. Proven experience creating icons, illustrations, and motion design assets. Technical Skills - Must-haves: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. - Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with animation libraries, prototyping tools, motion design frameworks, or 3D animation tools.
