CVs not submitted in English will not be considered.**_** ABOUT THE ROLE Our Dispositions Specialists (sales closers) are responsible for selling the deal (a property that our company already has under contract) to our 7,000+ investment partners. (Please note that you do NOT have to be a licensed realtor for this position - you will be assigning the contract to our investment partner, not selling the actual house.) You'll need to know the ins and outs of the area in Washington State where the property is located, all the details of the home, etc. (We provide in-depth training). We're looking for a highly driven go-getter, grinder, top-performing salesperson who is comfortable closing over the phone, often in a one-call close. Because of the nature of this role working with busy investors, you may have to occasionally answer the phone or work off hours (nights and weekends), so a flexible schedule is ideal. MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS - Speak and write fluently in English (prior experience working for an U.S.based company or prior experience living in the U.S. is a plus) so that you are familiar with the cultural norms - Must have superior organizational and time management skills in order to execute a consistent, seamless experience for all parties involved - A quick learner; doesn’t need a lot of direction or feedback - Able to work at a fast pace and keep up with multiple tasks at once - Prioritize efficiently and effectively - Has a high level of patience and doesn't give up on the first, second, third or fourth "no" - finds a way to get to the "yes" - Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues - Self-starter - Strong negotiator without being pushy or rude - Has a strong sales background, specifically using relationship building to close a deal and earn repeat business, rather than using aggressive sharky behavior tactics (that's not the type of company we are) - Proactive, eager to learn and has a growth mindset; loves and seeks coaching and feedback to improve - Positive can-do attitude - Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, but also a great team player - Reliable, high-speed internet - Computer or laptop capable of managing company’s IT systems - Quiet dedicated work space (a desk is ideal) free from noise or distractions - Preferred previous experience in any of the following: property management, project management, real estate agent, client relationship manager, sales closer, and business development - Experience in selling a service rather than a product is a plus! - Experience in real estate is preferred, but not required - we provide in-depth training on our industry and paid on-the-job training - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENING SHIFT AND WEEKENDS ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports directly to the Dispositions Department Manager COMPENSATION & BENEFITS All compensation is in USD. $6.00 per hour plus commission structure for reaching KPIs (see commission table below): *Our average assignment fee in Washington State is $32,000* If the assignment fee is between $0 - $5,000, bonus = $0 If the assignment fee is between $5,001 - $10,000, bonus = $100 If the assignment fee is between $10,001 - $20,000, bonus = $250 If the assignment fee is between $20,001 - $40,000, bonus = $500 If the assignment fee is between $40,001 - $60,000, bonus = $600 If the assignment fee is between $60,001 - $80,000, bonus = $700 If the assignment fee is between $80,001 - $100,000, bonus = $800 If the assignment fee is $100,001 and above, bonus = 1% of the assignment fee Commissions are uncapped, so your earning potential is limitless, however, please note that training lasts up to 6 weeks, and until you build up your pipeline of closed deals, you'll be paid your base rate of $6.00 per hour until your deals start to close and you start earning commissions. This can be anywhere between 1 - 3 months depending on how quickly you pick up training. - Annual bonuses when the company meets revenue & ROI targets - Paid Time Off (PTO) of ten (10) days per year once you work for the company for four months WORKING HOURS General hours will be: Wednesday - Friday from 1 PM - 9 PM Pacific Standard Time and Saturday & Sunday from 8AM - 4:30 PM PST You’ll have Mondays and Tuesdays off, however, please understand that this is a sales position and may require working some off hours if you’re closing an important deal or need to be available to an investment partner.
