About Customer Activation Marketing: Roles in this job family develop and complete activation plans that influence consumer behavior. They deeply understand the customer journey, personas, and identify methods to actively engage them in Diageo's products to increase the likelihood of purchase across channels. Accountabilities: Channel: Top 10% TLA ONT and Special trade • Personification of the Luxury Portfolio and main ambassador • Drive the Luxury Execution strategy rollout in the Luxury omnichannel • Deliver exponential portfolio share and its value growth through super-charged performance through the Luxury Commercial team • Demonstrate an excellent mentorship ability and take deep personal responsibility for developing the talent future pipeline of the market and capability of the team. • Lead development of the market Commercial Capability plan for field sales, and drive activation of global learning programs (supporting in-market faculty development and deployment. • Accountable for recommendation and delivery of efficiency and sales targets and help deliver overall key business objectives. • Deliver brilliant execution in the top TLA accounts • Closely collaborate with Luxury Customer Activation Manager, Advocacy team, Culture teams to set up critical metric and make sure activations can be driven • Develop excellent relationships internal and external collaborators • Ownership of luxury P&L; for market, including performance and profitability metrics Functional Capabilities: - Performance management of Luxury field sales managers team - Leadership skills: Craft the future, Win through execution - Strong commercial and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills - +8 years confirmed experience Diversity Statement: Diageo celebrates life, every day, everywhere.
