Key Responsibilities Develop standardized recruitment funnels and processes, partnering with hiring managers to ensure a pipeline of top talent, preventing growth stalls due to capacity constraints. Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience (90-day plan) to empower new hires from day one, aligning them with Elev8’s values, expectations, and roles within our mission. Ensure smooth employee offboarding with exit interviews and feedback loops for continuous improvement. Create structured training programs for new and existing employees, identifying skill gaps and growth opportunities. Develop an employment branding strategy and collaborate with sales & marketing to showcase Elev8’s culture, achievements, and employee stories across social media and our careers page. Establish clear KPIs or OKRs for team members and conduct regular performance reviews to foster accountability and feedback. Identify drivers and metrics of employee satisfaction to design initiatives that boost morale, engagement, and long-term commitment. Example Tasks Build onboarding plans including training schedules, mentorship, and performance check-ins. Create a centralized knowledge base on our LMS for training and upskilling. Implement tools for pulse surveys and feedback, analyzing data to inform engagement strategies. Develop a standardized performance review process with effective feedback mechanisms. Organize team-building activities and recognition programs aligned with company values. Develop structured exit interview processes, tracking trends and advising leadership on improvements. Qualifications 5+ years of proven management experience and process improvement in operations and organizational development. Experience in building and scaling international teams in both in-office and remote settings. Track record of developing employee career pathing plans that promote internal growth and promotions. Proficiency with technology and AI; key software includes ClickUp, Rippling, and OpenAI/ChatGPT. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
