About the Role We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute proofs of concept and pilots to validate technical requirements. 2. Create solutions to optimize the functionality of our product experience platform. 3. Build customer assets to enable customers to achieve value more quickly. 4. Communicate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items. 5. Support strategic customers as they implement our solution. 6. Maintain working knowledge of our products and services. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality assets that drive the success of our solutions. Requirements: - Excellent English communication skills (at least C2 level). - Possess at least two web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web services). - Demonstrate understanding of web application design and operations. - Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. - Dedication to teamwork and collaboration. - Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments. - A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
