To bring this vision to life, we are recruiting a versatile Full Stack Web Developer & SEO/SEM Specialist to own and elevate our digital ecosystem. This is a remote, high-autonomy role ideal for a tech-forward innovator fluent in web development, search marketing, and emerging AI tools—someone who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment and can turn a high-end real estate site into a market-dominating digital asset. Your Mission: Maintain, update and continuously optimize our website (WordPress + custom stacks) for performance, speed, user experience, and SEO Implement new features in collaboration with marketing, listings, and operations teams using modern stacks and frameworks Own on-page and technical SEO, plus international/multilingual strategies to increase visibility and global reach Design, manage and optimize high-performing PPC and SEM campaigns across platforms (primarily Google Ads) Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Make, Zapier, etc.) to automate workflows, content, and marketing assets Conduct ongoing testing, QA, debugging, and performance improvements Provide clear analytics and reporting on SEO/SEM, UX, and conversion metrics Stay ahead of evolving technologies, search engine updates, and global digital trends Qualifications: Degree or equivalent certification in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including site architecture, speed optimization, and responsive design Advanced skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Nest.js, and Google APIs Proficiency with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, XML, and relational/non-relational databases like SQL/NoSQL Expertise in managing SEO/SEM campaigns across competitive and international markets Command of SEO/SEM platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog Familiarity with lead funnels, GTM, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Strong communication and reporting skills; advanced spoken and written English required (oral test administered) Experience with web scraping, server-side rendering, mobile-first frameworks, and multilingual site setup is a strong plus Bonus Points For: Real estate industry experience or familiarity with IDX/MLS integrations Proven success scaling traffic and conversions for high-net-worth B2C audiences An analytical and creative mindset, with an entrepreneurial drive to lead projects end-to-end What We Offer: A high-visibility, high-impact role with a nationally recognized sales team Long-term potential for leadership or retained consulting Competitive compensation This role will be filled by someone who can blend code, creativity, and commerce at the highest level.
