Remote Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Calls – Based in Colombia) Remote Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Calls – Based in Colombia) As a Sunny Bliss Inside Sales Representative , you will make outbound calls to homeowners who have requested service or received an estimate. You’ll serve as a trusted liaison — providing information about our plumbing and HVAC services, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and helping customers move forward with confidence. You’ll work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless and professional experience for every client. This is a full-time remote position based in Colombia . Working hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, including weekends. You must be available on Zoom with your camera on during working hours . What you'll do: Make outbound calls to follow up on unsold service leads and invoices Schedule maintenance and service appointments confidently Build rapport and help customers understand the value of our solutions Negotiate and close deals with professionalism Keep our CRM updated with complete and accurate information Handle high volumes of outbound calls daily Meet individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas Participate in training and coaching to continually improve your skills Represent Sunny Bliss positively and enthusiastically on every call Basic requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written) Availability to work 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, including weekends Minimum of 12 months of sales and customer service experience Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills Proficiency with computer systems, CRMs, and cloud-based tools Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Must type 40 WPM or more Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong reading comprehension and basic math abilities Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed Be kind and professional — always What we offer: We believe great people deserve great support.
