Job Description We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of change management, release management, and problem management processes within our IT organization. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure seamless service delivery while facilitating rapid deployment of changes and releases. Responsibilities: - Change Management: - Organize and lead strategic Change Advisory Board meetings to drive discussion on proposed changes. - Oversee the Change Management Office to guarantee compliance with established policies. - Develop and refine robust change management processes to mitigate risks and enhance quality. - Guide the lifecycle of all changes from request through implementation and closure, encompassing risk assessment, impact analysis, and documentation. - Monitor change success rates, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to optimize the process. - Problem Management: - Establish a comprehensive problem management process focused on identifying root causes of IT incidents. - Collaborate with technical teams to investigate problems, document causes, and track resolutions for closure and prevention of recurrence. - Identify potential problems and proactively implement preventative measures to minimize downtime. - Continuously monitor problem resolution success and insights to refine the process.
