**SAP Project Systems Functional Lead** Cognitus Consulting is seeking a Project Systems Functional Lead looking for long-term growth and career enhancing opportunities leveraging SAP to solve our customer’s most challenging issues. Key Accountabilities - Be Primary Lead for the SAP PS module at Cognitus Colombia - Be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued - Review existing system for leveraging newer PS Functionalities and re-configure PS when required - Build Functional Specifications for Development Team, SAP PS Training Manuals Guides & Key-User Training and LSMWs for PS Data Maintenance - Provide technical support on PS Roles Security Design - Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data - Hands on coaching and on-the-job training of junior resources in your team As a Functional Lead, you will assist in the leadership and delivery of engagements. You will build on your experience designing and executing transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with client counterparts on a daily basis. You will also be involved in branding, thought leadership and knowledge management efforts with the objective of providing value-adding consulting services that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. **Responsibilities include**: Project Execution - Collaborate with client counterparts to define long-term vision, goals and strategies - Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps - Solution targeted processes, leveraging best practices - Configure / design SAP functionality and processes - Solution and document functional specifications - Define, execute and support testing of the solution - Perform knowledge transfer to client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project - Support management of project execution from start-to-finish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time) People Development - Mentor and coach team members through formal, performance evaluation methods and informal, individual feedback opportunities - Collaborate and share knowledge Practice Development - Create/contribute S4HANA practice artifacts - Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training and retention - Provide insight and thought leadership to develop innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies Required Skills And Qualifications - 5+ years of Configuration Experience in SAP PS module - 2+ Project System implementations experience - BS in Computer Science or related field - Well experienced in SAP PS logistic functionalities like Network Scheduling and Capacity Planning, - Thorough understanding of how PS module integrates with other SAP modules like SD, MM, PP, AM and FICO - Ability to translate business needs into requirements - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others - Self-driven, innovative and research oriented - SAP Certification a plus
