1.Lead on project sourcing activities (identification, assessment and contracting) in local region and support existing projects with respect to carbon market. 2.Ensure that sourcing flows and processes (including documentation and interaction with other teams) are in line with the company guidelines. 3.Understand client needs, gather market intelligence and identify industry trends. 4.Manage client’s portfolio across the region 5.Represent EKI as environmental market expert in client meetings, exhibitions and other corporate events and represent EKI Energy in different forums on environmental markets. 6.Work closely with colleagues across the organization to empower matrix teams that Deliver on our vision of climate action for all. Manage budgeting and revenue of assigned region. 7.Conduct research relevant to new project leads, project developers,project owners, 8.Relevant regulatory regimes/policies related to carbon projects 9.Develop a list of potential clients in key industries defined with in the team’s mandate Contract Signing and Negotiations **Requirements**: 1.Experience with 5+ years in a similar role or the industry like Climate Change are considered as good fit. 2.University degree in Environmental Sciences, or another relevant discipline. Degree in 3.Business would be added advantage Experience in project identification and screening for potential leads 4.Deep knowledge and expertise in environmental markets, especially in voluntary carbon markets. 5.Knowledge of carbon products and markets, preferably including one or more of the following: CCER, CDM, GS, VCS etc 6.Experience in scaling up a fast-growing organization in the context of a highly competitive market environment 7.Fluent in local language and English Capacity to work independently More than 5 years
