The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, including P&L;, Balance Sheets, and Free Cash Flow (FCF) Statements. This role also requires the ability to read and explain financial statements, present forecasts to leadership, and contribute to improving financial processes. A passion for accuracy, process improvement, and operational excellence is essential.
